Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Stripdo service available at https://stripdo.com, operated by Tradeco Krzysztof Cichy, with its registered office at os. Tysiąclecia 71/51, 61-255 Poznań, Poland, NIP (VAT ID): PL7822918532.
By using the Stripdo service, the User accepts these Terms of Service and agrees to comply with them.

Service Provider — Tradeco Krzysztof Cichy, operating under the business name Tradeco Krzysztof Cichy.
User — any natural person, legal entity, or organisational unit without legal personality that uses the Stripdo service.
Stripdo Service — a SaaS application that connects the User's Stripe account to automatically generate and email professional invoices based on Stripe transactions.
Stripe — an external payment processing provider (Stripe, Inc.).

The Service Provider offers the Stripdo service, which consists of automatically generating and delivering invoices based on transactions processed through Stripe.
Using the Stripdo service requires an active Stripe account and the provision of a restricted API key to enable integration.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the API keys provided are current and valid.
The Stripdo service is available to all users, including individuals and businesses.

Using the Stripdo service requires registration and the creation of a user account.
The User is obligated to provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
The User is responsible for the security of their account, including maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The Stripdo service is available on a subscription basis. Details regarding fees and subscription plans are available at https://stripdo.com/#pricing.
The User may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the service will no longer be provided.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Service Provider does not store credit card details.

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Stripdo service operates correctly and without interruption.
The Service Provider is not liable for errors resulting from the malfunction of external services such as Stripe, including incorrect invoice generation caused by inaccurate data provided by those services.
The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of data entered into Stripe and for the compliance of generated invoices with applicable laws and regulations.
The Service Provider's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Stripdo provides a free invoice generator tool at https://stripdo.com/free-invoice-generator that does not require registration.
The free tool processes all data exclusively in the User's browser. No invoice data is transmitted to or stored on Stripdo's servers.
The free tool is provided "as is" without warranty. The Service Provider is not liable for the content of invoices generated using this tool.

The data controller for Users' personal data is the Service Provider.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Where the User entrusts Stripdo with the processing of their customers' personal data, the terms of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) apply.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of any changes with reasonable advance notice.
Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
